Vanuit Nederland wordt samengewerkt met klanten en partners in verschillende Europese landen. Je komt terecht in een professionele en informele werkomgeving waar veel ruimte is voor eigen initiatief. Omdat de organisatie internationaal actief is, krijg je in deze functie te maken met verschillende klanten, markten en culturen. Functieomschrijving Als Technisch Accountmanager ben je een echte aanpakker met een commerciële én technische interesse. In deze veelzijdige functie ben je veel in contact met klanten, partners en dealers in binnen- en buitenland. Je adviseert hen over technische producten en toepassingen en begeleidt verschillende projecten van aanvraag tot uitvoering. Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor klanten en partners en zorgt ervoor dat zij goed worden geholpen. Je geeft product uitleg en trainingen, coördineert testproducten en demonstraties en denkt mee over passende oplossingen. Daarnaast signaleer je nieuwe kansen in de markt en help je mee om de producten en dienstverlening verder onder de aandacht te brengen. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Onderhouden en uitbouwen van relaties met klanten, dealers en partners; - Geven van technisch advies en uitleg over producten en toepassingen; - Coördineren van samples, demonstraties en producttesten; - Begeleiden en opvolgen van klantprojecten; - Geven van product trainingen en presentaties; - Meedenken over commerciële kansen en marktontwikkelingen; - Uitvoeren van mark...
