Technisch Accountmanager Laadinfrastructuur in Vlaanderen

Wat ga je doen?

Combineer jouw technische kennis met commerciële flair en begeleid klanten bij duurzame projecten rond laadinfrastructuur.

Je gaat aan de slag bij een toonaangevende groothandel en distributeur van elektrotechnisch materiaal in regio Herentals. De organisatie beschikt over een uitgebreid productaanbod en ondersteunt professionele installateurs, industriële klanten en de tertiaire sector met technische expertise, digitale oplossingen en logistieke dienstverlening op maat.

Binnen het team duurzame energie ben jij de specialist in laadinfrastructuur. Je brengt de behoeften van klanten in kaart, werkt technische oplossingen uit en volgt projecten op van het eerste advies tot de uiteindelijke bestelling.

- Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met klanten en geeft technisch en commercieel advies over laadinfrastructuur.

- Je analyseert de behoeften van klanten en vertaalt deze naar duurzame, haalbare oplossingen.

- Je volgt projecten volledig op van aanvraag en technische analyse tot offerte en bestelling.

- Je stelt prijsoffertes op en volgt deze commercieel verder op.

- Je voert technische audits uit bij klanten.

- Je ondersteunt indien nodig bij indienststellingen of technische interventies ter plaatse.

- Je detecteert bijkomende commerciële mogelijkheden en zet actief in op cross-selling.

- Je houdt alle klant- en projectgegevens correct bij in het CRM-systeem.

- Je denkt mee na over de verbetering van salesprocessen en commerciële resultaten.

- Je werkt nauw samen met de commerciële binnendienst, collega-specialisten en partnerleveranciers.

- Je promoot en ondersteunt klantenevenementen, opleidingen en productdemonstraties.

- Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Business Development Manager.

Je bouwt graag langdurige klantenrelaties op.

Je neemt initiatief en herkent commerciële kansen.

Je bent bereid om jouw technische en productkennis voortdurend verder uit te bouwen.

Je werkt nauwkeurig en volgt projecten gestructureerd op.

Je spreekt en schrijft zeer goed Nederlands.

- Talenkennis:

Je beheerst het Nederlands zeer goed.
