Onze klant is op zoek naar een gedreven Technisch Accountmanager HVAC Vlaanderen. In deze gevarieerde buitendienstfunctie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden en uitbreiden van klanten.

Onze klant is een gevestigde waarde binnen de HVAC-sector en staat bekend om haar kwalitatieve producten, klantgerichte aanpak en familiale bedrijfscultuur. Met jarenlange expertise ondersteunt het bedrijf professionele installateurs met innovatieve verwarmings- en klimaattechnische oplossingen.

Door hun voortdurende groei zijn zij vandaag op zoek naar een enthousiaste accountmanager die het commerciële team in West-Vlaanderen komt versterken.

Omschrijving

  • Beheren en verder uitbouwen van een bestaande klantenportefeuille in West-Vlaanderen.
  • Actief bezoeken van installateurs en installatiebedrijven.
  • Adviseren van klanten over HVAC-oplossingen en producttoepassingen.
  • Bespreken en opvolgen van offertes en commerciële dossiers.
  • Introduceren van nieuwe producten en oplossingen binnen het gamma.
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor technische en commerciële vragen.
  • Actief prospecteren en nieuwe klanten aanbrengen binnen jouw regio.
  • Marktontwikkelingen opvolgen en commerciële opportuniteiten detecteren.
  • Nauw samenwerken met de binnendienst voor een optimale klanttevredenheid.
  • Rapporteren aan de Sales Manager.
  • Je beschikt over een technische opleiding (bijvoorbeeld elektromechanica,klimatisatie, energietechnologie) of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare commerciële ervaring binnen HVAC, verwarming of technische installatiematerialen.
  • Ervaring met warmtepompen, gasketels en warmteafgiftesystemen is essentieel.
  • Je bent een sterke communicator en weet relaties op lange termijn op te bouwen.
  • Je stelt de juiste vragen en vertaalt klantbehoeften naar concrete oplossingen.
  • Je bent ondernemend, zelfstandig en resultaatgericht.
  • Prospectie schrikt je niet af en geeft je net energie.
  • Je woont idealiter in West-Vlaanderen of hebt een sterke affiniteit met de regio.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands.
