Onze klant is een gerenommeerd familiebedrijf gevestigd te Gistel, dat zich heeft gespecialiseerd in de productie van hoogwaardige betonproducten. Naast de fabricage van deze producten verzorgen zij ook de levering en installatie van cabines.

Jouw uitdaging

Als verbindende schakel tussen klanten, verkoop en uitvoering zorg jij ervoor dat elk dossier correct en efficiënt wordt opgevolgd.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Opstellen en verwerken van uitvoeringsoffertes en aanbestedingsdossiers.
  • Opvolgen en administratief verwerken van bestellingen.
  • Beheren en actualiseren van klantendossiers.
  • Onderhouden van telefonisch en schriftelijk contact met klanten, aannemers en collega's.
  • Opvolgen en bijwerken van de productieplanning, zodat alle betrokken partijen steeds beschikken over de juiste informatie.
  • Ondersteunen van de verkoop- en projectafdeling bij diverse administratieve taken.
  • Werken met Revit behoort tot de mogelijkheden indien je hierover kennis of ervaring hebt.

Wie ben jij?

Jij combineert administratieve nauwkeurigheid met een hands-on mentaliteit. Je houdt van structuur, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en werkt graag samen met verschillende interne en externe partners.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een bachelor of master in Bouwkunde of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Een goede kennis van MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • De bereidheid om ons ERP-systeem snel eigen te maken.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Frans.
  • Een klantgerichte, commerciële en proactieve ingesteldheid.
  • Een oplossingsgerichte mindset en het vermogen om initiatief te nemen.
  • Het talent om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband efficiënt te werken.
  • Ervaring met Revit is een mooie troef.
