Wat houdt de job in?

  • Jij bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor klanten die langskomen voor onderhoud of herstellingen
  • Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met klanten via telefoon, e-mail en de website
  • Afspraken plan je efficiënt in, rekening houdend met de agenda’s van klant én technieker
  • Je volgt terugroepacties op en zorgt dat klanten correct worden geïnformeerd
  • Onderdelen controleer je op beschikbaarheid en je bestelt tijdig bij indien nodig
  • Op basis van de werkorders maak jij een correcte factuur op, in overleg met de atelierverantwoordelijke
  • Je bewaart overzicht in lopende dossiers en communiceert professioneel, ook in piekperiodes
  • Werken met telefoon en computer tegelijk? Geen probleem, dat is voor jou dagelijkse kost
  • Je hebt minstens een eerste ervaring in een administratieve of klantgerichte functie
  • Interesse in of voeling met de automotive sector is belangrijk, technische voorkennis is geen vereiste
  • Je beschikt over een professionele basiskennis Frans of Engels voor klantencontacten en interne communicatie
