Vanuit een sterke regionale verankering wordt ingezet op duurzame samenwerkingen, doorgedreven voorbereiding en een no-nonsense aanpak. Medewerkers krijgen vertrouwen, autonomie en de ruimte om hun expertise verder uit te bouwen.

Omschrijving

  • Analyseren van digitale plannen, lastenboeken en meetstaten
  • Uitwerken van technische aansluitingsdetails in overleg met het projectteam
  • Opstellen en beheren van uitvoerings- en as-builtplannen
  • Administratieve verwerking en opvolging van projecten in gespecialiseerde software
  • Vergelijken en opvragen van offertes bij leveranciers
  • Bestellen van materialen en opvolgen van levertermijnen
  • Ondersteunen van de projectplanning en interne productieplanning
  • Opmaken van thermische berekeningen en technische documenten
  • Beschikt over een technische of bouwkundige achtergrond
  • Schoolverlaters komen voor deze functie ook zeker in aanmerking!
  • Heeft ervaring in een technisch-administratieve rol binnen bouw of engineering
  • Leest en interpreteert vlot plannen en technische documenten
  • Werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en zelfstandig
  • Communiceert vlot met interne en externe stakeholders
  • Is digitaal vaardig en leert snel nieuwe softwaretools aan
  • Ervaring met Autocad 2D is een plus
