Ben jij een administratief talent met een technische achtergrond in de bouwsector, die houdt van structuur, overzicht en actie? Voor een financieel gezonde, vooruitstrevende firma zoeken we een Technisch Administratief Bediende. In deze veelzijdige rol ben jij de spilfiguur die de voorbereidende fase van uitdagende projecten vlekkeloos laat verlopen.

Samen met het team van calculators zorg jij voor een vlekkeloze voorbereiding en nauwkeurige opvolging van dossiers. Je behoudt moeiteloos het overzicht en denkt proactief mee over procesoptimalisatie.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je voert nieuwe projectgegevens in het centrale beheersysteem in en zorgt dat de projectdossiers continu up-to-date en overzichtelijk blijven.
  • Je verzorgt de planning en administratieve opvolging van uiteenlopende projecten en externe onderzoeken zoals metingen, plaatsbeschrijvingen,...
  • Je coördineert administratieve aanvragen bij instanties en vraagt marktconforme offertes op om heldere prijsvergelijkingen op te stellen.
  • Je verwerkt aanpassingen en extra werkzaamheden tijdens de realisatiedoorloop ter ondersteuning van de interne prijsbepaling.
  • Heb je de ambitie om je vakinhoudelijk verder te verdiepen richting een meer analytische of calculatieve rol? Hier krijg je de nodige opleiding en begeleiding om de stap op termijn te zetten.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands. Een woordje Frans of Engels is mooi meegenomen maar geen must.
  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring in een administratieve rol binnen de bouwsector of in een technische functie zoals calculator, werkvoorbereider, aankoper,...
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk, communicatief en hebt een goed technisch inzicht.
  • Je werkt graag procesmatig en bent digitaalvaardig.
