Voor een professionele garage gespecialiseerd in vrachtwagens en zwaar vervoer zijn we op zoek naar een technisch administratief bediende in Eeklo.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als administratieve spil tussen de werkplaats, klanten, leveranciers en het management zorg je voor een correcte opvolging van onderhouds- en herstellingswerken. Dankzij een nauwkeurige administratie beschikken de techniekers over de juiste informatie en blijven klanten goed op de hoogte.

Een gevarieerde functie voor iemand met administratieve skills, technische interesse en een klantgerichte ingesteldheid.

Wat zal je doen?

  • Aanvragen voor onderhoud en herstellingen aannemen en verwerken.
  • Werkplaatsafspraken inplannen en opvolgen.
  • Werkorders opmaken, verwerken en administratief opvolgen.
  • De voortgang van onderhouds- en herstellingswerken bewaken.
  • Klanten informeren over de status van de werkzaamheden.
  • Prijzen opvragen bij leveranciers en onderdelen of materialen bestellen.
  • Werkuren, onderdelen en uitgevoerde prestaties controleren en registreren.
  • Offertes opmaken en controleren.
  • Facturatie voorbereiden en administratief opvolgen.
  • Garantie- en verzekeringsdossiers beheren.
  • Voertuiggegevens, onderhoudsbeurten en herstellingen correct registreren.
  • Contact onderhouden met leveranciers en technische partners.
  • Samenwerken met mecaniciens, collega’s en het management.
  • Het overzicht bewaren wanneer meerdere voertuigen gelijktijdig in de werkplaats staan.

Wie ben jij?

  • Minimaal A2-diploma
  • Je hebt een technische achtergrond, bij voorkeur in vrachtwagens, bedrijfsvoertuigen, mechanica of zwaar vervoer
  • Een eerste ervaring in een garage, transportbedrijf of technische omgeving is een groot pluspunt
  • Een nauwkeurige en georganiseerde werkhouding
  • Vlotte computervaardigheden en de bereidheid om nieuwe administratieve software aan te leren
  • Interesse in werkorders, onderdelen, prestaties, offertes en facturatie
  • Een klantgerichte en communicatieve ingesteldheid
  • Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband kunnen werken
  • Stressbestendig en in staat om prioriteiten te bepalen
  • Een praktische ingesteldheid en een sterk probleemoplossend vermogen
  • Een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands
  • Een goede basiskennis van het Engels is mooi meegenomen
  • Initiatief, verantwoordelijkheidszin en betrouwbaarheid
