De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als Technisch Administratief Bediende

  • Offertes voorbereiden en de nodige technische en administratieve informatie verzamelen.
  • Technische fiches en bijhorende projectdocumentatie opmaken en beheren.
  • Werfaangiftes verzorgen en ervoor zorgen dat administratieve verplichtingen tijdig in orde zijn.
  • Vorderingsstaten voorbereiden en gewerkte uren controleren.
  • Materialen bestellen en de beschikbaarheid ervan mee opvolgen.
  • Administratieve dossiers voor technische projecten samenstellen en nauwgezet beheren.
  • Aanbestedingsdossiers voorbereiden, indienen en verder opvolgen.
  • Facturatie administratief voorbereiden op basis van de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden.
  • Contracten en andere projectgebonden documenten administratief beheren.
  • Technische documentatie en relevante informatie opzoeken en verwerken.
  • Het transport van materialen en goederen mee organiseren waar nodig.
  • Collega's en verantwoordelijken ondersteunen bij uiteenlopende technisch-administratieve taken.

Onze klant Je komt terecht bij een technisch installatiebedrijf in de ruime regio rond Dendermonde. De onderneming realiseert installatieprojecten waarbij een correcte technische voorbereiding en nauwkeurige werfadministratie essentieel zijn voor een vlotte uitvoering. Binnen deze omgeving werk je nauw samen met technische collega's en krijg je de mogelijkheid om jouw kennis van installatietechniek en elektriciteit verder uit te bouwen. Wie jij bent als Technisch Administratief Bediende:

  • Technische opleiding, bij voorkeur binnen elektrotechniek, elektriciteit of een aanverwante richting.
  • Kennis van installatietechniek en elektriciteit is een belangrijke troef.
  • Een eerste ervaring binnen een technische of administratieve functie is mooi meegenomen.
  • Goede kennis van Microsoft Office en vlot kunnen werken met een computer.
  • Administratief nauwkeurig en sterk in het gestructureerd opvolgen van verschillende dossiers.
  • Technische informatie kunnen begrijpen en correct verwerken in offertes en documentatie.
  • Flexibel ingesteld en gemakkelijk kunnen schakelen tussen verschillende taken en prioriteiten.
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken en verantwoordelijkheid nemen over de eigen administratie.
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands.
  • Basiskennis van het Frans en Engels.
