Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit als technisch administratief bediende?

  • Je ontleedt lastenboeken en meetstaten en weet deze correct te interpreteren.
  • Je vraagt prijzen op bij leveranciers en verwerkt deze nauwkeurig.
  • Je maakt offertes op en vult aanbestedingen correct in.
  • Je zorgt voor een gestructureerde opvolging van de uitgebrachte offertes.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de zaakvoerder, die de commerciële verdediging van de offertes opneemt.
  • Op termijn neem je ook de calculatie van projecten verder op.
  • Daarnaast krijg je de mogelijkheid om je te verdiepen in nacalculatie en projecten financieel op te volgen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en zorgt ervoor dat elk dossier administratief en technisch goed voorbereid is.

Onze klant Onze klant in regio Roeselare is een familiebedrijf met ruim 32 jaar ervaring in professionele en industriële keukenbouw. Vandaag staat de tweede generatie mee aan het roer en realiseert het bedrijf hoogwaardige keukenoplossingen voor onder andere zorginstellingen, horeca en onderwijs. Dankzij eigen inox-maatwerk en een sterke technische expertise kunnen ze oplossingen volledig afstemmen op ieder project. Geen standaardproduct dus, maar telkens opnieuw een project op maat van de klant. Als technisch administratief bediende kom je terecht in een groeiend familiebedrijf met korte communicatielijnen. Je werkt rechtstreeks samen met de zaakvoerders en krijgt de ruimte om mee te denken. Kwaliteit, innovatie en klantgerichtheid staan daarbij centraal. Wie ben jij als technisch administratief bediende?

  • Je hebt een bouwtechnische achtergrond en/of ervaring binnen bouwadministratie.
  • Je kent een lastenboek en meetstaat en kunt deze correct interpreteren.
  • Ervaring met aanbestedingen, offertes of calculatie is een sterke plus.
  • Je bent administratief sterk, nauwkeurig en werkt graag zelfstandig.
  • Je hebt interesse in techniek en bent gemotiveerd om door te groeien tot calculator.
