Heb jij een passie voor hout, interieur en klantenadvies? Ben jij iemand die energie krijgt van klanten helpen, meedenken over mooie interieurprojecten en graag werkt in een omgeving waar vakkennis centraal staat? Wij zoeken een technisch administratief medewerk(st)er in Pelt.

Jij wordt hét aanspreekpunt voor klanten die op zoek zijn naar kwalitatieve oplossingen voor kasten, binnendeuren en interieurprojecten. Je combineert jouw technische kennis van hout en interieur met jouw commerciële talent om klanten professioneel te adviseren en hen te begeleiden naar de juiste keuze.

Wat ga je doen? 🏠 Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten in het filiaal Pelt. 🚪 Je adviseert klanten over kasten, binnendeuren en andere interieurtoepassingen. 🌳 Je deelt jouw kennis over hout, materialen en aanverwante producten. 💬 Je luistert naar de wensen van klanten en vertaalt deze naar een passende oplossing. 📋 Je maakt offertes op en volgt klanten verder op. 🤝 Je bouwt een vertrouwensrelatie op met klanten en zorgt voor een uitstekende service. 🛠️ Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s en ondersteunt waar nodig. Wie zoeken we?

✔️ Je hebt een goede kennis van interieur schrijnwerk, binnendeuren en algemene houtmaterialen ✔️ Je hebt affiniteit met hout en interieurproducten. ✔️ Je bent commercieel ingesteld en haalt voldoening uit klantencontact. ✔️ Je denkt oplossingsgericht mee met klanten. ✔️ Je bent communicatief sterk en werkt nauwkeurig. ✔️ Kennis van Widooca en Ardis is een mooie extra, maar geen vereiste. Andere tekenprogramma's zijn zeker ook OK. ✔️ Ons filiaal is ook geopend op zaterdag. Je stelt je dus flexibel op om regelmatig op zaterdag te werken.
