Waar moet je zijn? Hoogstraten

Wat moet je doen?

Focus= aanspreekpunt voor alle garantiegerelateerde dossiers.

  • Zorgen voor correcte garantieaanvragen ,zodat machines zo snel mogelijk opnieuw operationeel zijn.
  • Je beoordeelt garantieaanvragen van klanten en dealers (garantie ja of nee, welke onderdelen/ kost, info, ... )
  • Je zorgt voor de administratieve verwerking van in- en uitgaande garanties
  • Je volgt op dat garantieonderdelen tijdig worden teruggestuurd naar leveranciers
  • Je communiceert helder en professioneel met klanten, dealers, leveranciers en collega’s (service, R&D…)
  • Je koppelt terugkerende problemen terug
  • Je denkt mee over het optimaliseren van garantieprocessen (sneller, duidelijker, efficiënter)
  • Je organiseert het transport, stelt expeditie- en exportdocumenten op, zorgt voor de vlotte afhandeling van retours en stelt de facturen op.
  • Gedurende dit hele proces houd je de klant continu op de hoogte van de vooruitgang.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de afdelingen Aankoop, Shipping, Productie, Engineering en uiteraard de Service-afdeling.

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd en bent breed nieuwsgierig naar verschillende vakgebieden in de machinebouw (mechanisch, elektrisch, pneumatisch, hydraulisch, softwarematig).
  • + 1 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie
  • Ervaring richting wisselstukken, technisch admin, werkvoorbereiding, service team...
