BeliVert in Zedelgem is op zoek naar een technisch administratief bediende met ervaring in zonnepanelen en thuisbatterijen.

Je staat in voor de administratieve en technische voorbereiding en opvolging van onze projectdossiers. Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen verkoop, projectleiding, planning en onze technische ploegen.

Je taken omvatten onder andere:

  • Technisch en administratief controleren van projectdossiers.
  • Nakijken of alle noodzakelijke gegevens en documenten aanwezig zijn.
  • Controleren van informatie over zonnepanelen, omvormers en thuisbatterijen.
  • Voorbereiden en vervolledigen van dossiers voor planning en uitvoering.
  • Opvolgen van ontbrekende technische informatie.
  • Verwerken van wijzigingen in lopende projecten.
  • Administratief opvolgen van projecten tot en met de oplevering.
  • Voorbereiden en controleren van opleveringsdossiers.
  • Verwerken en opvolgen van keuringen, attesten en technische documenten.
  • Contact onderhouden met klanten, techniekers, leveranciers en andere betrokken partijen.
  • Ondersteunen van projectleiding en planning.
  • Mee zorgen voor een correcte en efficiënte dossierflow.

Ervaring in de sector van zonnepanelen en thuisbatterijen is groot pluspunt

We zoeken iemand die administratief sterk is, maar tegelijkertijd voldoende technische kennis heeft om een installatiedossier inhoudelijk te begrijpen en te controleren.

Je beschikt over:

  • Ervaring met zonnepanelen en thuisbatterijen.
  • Kennis van omvormers en de belangrijkste componenten van een PV- en batterij-installatie.
  • Technisch inzicht.
  • Ervaring met het administratief verwerken en opvolgen van technische dossiers.
  • Goede digitale vaardigheden.
  • Een nauwkeurige en gestructureerde manier van werken.
  • Het vermogen om zelfstandig dossiers op te volgen.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden.

Kennis van EMS (Energy Management Systems) is een pluspunt.

Ervaring met laadpalen, keuringen, netaanmeldingen en andere energietechnieken is eveneens een pluspunt.
