Wat houdt de job in?

  • Plaatsen van bestellingen bij de fabriek, met oog voor specifieke wensen en levertijden.
  • Zorgen voor tijdige betalingen van klanten en het beoordelen van hun kredietwaardigheid bij credit control.
  • Verwerken van bonnen en voorbereiden voor facturatie, zodat alles snel en nauwkeurig wordt afgehandeld.
  • Coördineren van de keuringen en administratie na het transport van machines van Italië naar België.
  • Aanvragen en ontvangen van benodigde attesten en certificaten.
  • Ondersteunen van het facturatieproces door het verzamelen van relevante informatie en het zorgen voor een vlotte doorstroming.
  • Interesse in techniek en een praktische, hands-on instelling.
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands, met een basiskennis van Engels en Frans.
  • Ervaring in administratie of facturatie, met een proactieve en oplossingsgerichte houding.
