Naast de import en distributie van wijn zijn we gespecialiseerd in wijn op vat en de bijbehorende tapsystemen. Als pionier van het concept "wijn in vaten" bouwen we dagelijks verder aan duurzame en innovatieve oplossingen voor horecaklanten in de Benelux

Voor onze hoofdzetel in Maaseik zoeken we een collega die onze technische werking organiseert en tegelijk ondersteuning biedt aan onze sales- en aankoopafdeling.

Functieomschrijving

Als Technisch Administratief Medewerker ben je het centrale aanspreekpunt voor onze technische dienstverlening rond tapsystemen. Je zorgt ervoor dat plaatsingen, interventies en onderhoudswerken efficiënt verlopen en ondersteunt tegelijkertijd verschillende interne afdelingen.

Concreet betekent dit dat je:

  • de planning van plaatsingen, onderhoud en technische interventies coördineert;
  • het dagelijkse aanspreekpunt bent voor klanten met technische vragen rond onze tapsystemen;
  • onze 2 techniekers ondersteunt, aanstuurt en voorziet van alle nodige informatie;
  • technische dossiers, contracten, werkbonnen, retours en bijhorende administratie nauwgezet opvolgt;
  • de voorraad van tapsystemen en onderdelen bewaakt en tijdig bestellingen of tekorten signaleert;
  • sales en aankoop ondersteunt bij offertes, technische vragen en administratieve opvolging;
  • actief meedenkt over verbeteringen, efficiëntie en optimalisaties binnen de technische werking.

Binnen Baeten Vinopolis krijg je een brede rol. Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring, interesses en talenten kunnen bijkomende verantwoordelijkheden binnen aankoop, leveranciersbeheer of operations worden opgenomen.

Voor deze functie zoeken we vooral iemand met gezond verstand, technische interesse en een hands-on mentaliteit.

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende:

  • Een eerste relevante werkervaring ligt achter je en je voelt je thuis in een KMO-omgeving.
  • Interesse in techniek en nieuwsgierigheid naar de werking van installaties en technische systemen van onze kranen.
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Klantgericht, oplossingsgericht en flexibel in een afwisselende functie.
  • Een vlotte kennis van het Nederlands aangevuld met voldoende durf om klanten ook in het Frans en Engels verder te helpen.
