Als Technisch Administratief Medewerker bij Unica Fire Detection in Zoetermeer ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het nauwkeurig vastleggen van processen en het bieden van uitstekende service aan klanten en leveranciers. Jouw uitdaging als Technisch Administratief Medewerker Wij zijn op zoek naar een Administratief Medewerker om ons team te komen versterken. Als Administratief Medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor de administratie van een team service engineers binnen de vestiging Zoetermeer. Hierbij kun je denken aan het juist, tijdig en volledig vastleggen van administratieve en technische informatie zoals het verwerken van rapportages met alle daaruit vloeiende werkzaamheden. Daarnaast onderhoud je contact met zowel in- als externe klanten, bel je relaties en leveranciers na en zorg je voor een snelle en effectieve klachtenbehandeling. Jouw dienstverlenende instelling zit dan ook volledig in je DNA! In deze functie werk je veel samen met de techneuten en je collega's op kantoor. Een gezonde werk-privé balans vinden wij belangrijk en daarom gaan we graag met je in gesprek over bijvoorbeeld beginnen als de kinderen naar school zijn of op tijd klaar om ze weer op te halen. Continuïteit is in deze rol wel belangrijk en daarom zoeken wij iemand die 4 of 5 dagen per week beschikbaar is. Het aantal uren is in overleg. Wat biedt Unica jou? Bij Unica investeren we in jou. Daarnaast beschik je over: Een afgeronde mbo opleiding, bij voorkeur richting Bedrijfsadministratie; Goede computer vaardigheden en het vermogen om een nieuw softwareprogramma snel eigen te maken.
