The posting

AB-SOLID treedt op als veiligheidscoördinator voor werkzaamheden van een telecom-operator in het kader van de aanleg en de uitbreiding van hun fiber-netwerk.

Omschrijving van de opdracht en taken van de administratief bediende:

Onze opdracht bestaat er deels uit om de aanwezige leidingen in het openbaar domein in kaart te brengen om vervolgens in te schatten wat de risico’s zijn en of er bepaalde maatregelen dienen getroffen te worden om de risico’s te beperken en/of te beheersen.

De medewerker zal instaan voor het opvragen van de ondergrondse leidingen via het in voege zijnde digitaal platform (KLIP-aanvraag).

Vervolgens dient nagegaan of er bepaalde risico’s zijn door de eventuele aanwezigheid van ondergrondse leidingen of kabels en dient dit aangegeven te worden in een risico-analyse.

Daarnaast dient ook een veiligheids- en gezondheidsplan opgesteld te worden waarin ook maatregelen opgenomen worden om de risico’s te beheersen of te elimineren zodat de werkzaamheden zonder incidenten kunnen verlopen.

De telecom-operatior werkt met eigen digitale platformen en systemen en met templates die dienen gebruikt te worden om de taken uit te voeren.

Wij voorzien in een grondige en doorgedreven opleiding om de job onder de knie te krijgen.

Takenpakket:

- Communicatie met de klant met betrekking tot de lopende dossiers

- Opvragen van ligging van ondergrondse leidingen in openbaar domein (KLIP-aanvragen)

- Evalueren en interpreteren van de KLIP-plannen

- Opsporen van eventuele risico’s door en interferentie met geplande werkzaamheden van Proximus

- Opmaken van veiligheids- en gezondheidsplannen voor de uit te voeren werken door Proximus

- Opmaken van risicoanalyses op basis van KLIP-plannen, omgevings- en andere invloedsfactoren

- Gestructureerd en georganiseerd werken
