De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als Technisch Administratief Medewerker

  • Ondersteunen van uitvoering, service en nazorg met administratieve opvolging
  • Beheren en verwerken van werfadministratie en projectdocumentatie
  • Ondersteunen bij de opvolging van technische dossiers en projecten
  • Administratief verwerken en opvolgen van documenten en rapportages
  • Samenwerken met verschillende interne teams binnen projecten
  • Opvolgen en structureren van informatie binnen administratieve systemen
  • Ondersteunen bij communicatie en documentatie rond projecten
  • Zorgen voor een correcte en overzichtelijke administratie binnen de organisatie

Met jarenlange expertise realiseren zij projecten rond verwarmings-, ventilatie- en duurzame energiesystemen. Binnen het bedrijf staat kwaliteit, samenwerking en een sterke teamgeest centraal. Wie jij bent als Technisch Administratief Medewerker

  • Ervaring binnen administratie met affiniteit voor een technische of bouwomgeving
  • Kennis van werfadministratie of projectadministratie is een pluspunt
  • Sterke vaardigheden in MS Office, vooral Excel en Word
  • Ervaring met digitale tools zoals SharePoint is een extra troef
  • Gestructureerde en nauwkeurige werkstijl met organisatorisch inzicht
  • Flexibele ingesteldheid en bereid om zowel op kantoor als op werven te werken
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands met praktische kennis van het Frans
  • Rijbewijs B en zelfstandige werkhouding
