Ben jij een organisatorisch en administratief talent met technische feeling? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Als Technisch administratief medewerker speel je een sleutelrol in het ondersteunen en optimaliseren van de technische werking op onze diverse campussen.

Jouw rol

Je ondersteunt de technische dienst en bent een belangrijke schakel tussen techniek, planning en ondersteuning. Dankzij jouw overzicht, nauwkeurigheid en proactieve aanpak blijft alles vlot draaien, ook wanneer collega’s afwezig zijn.

Concreet zijn dit jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je bent specialist en aanspreekpunt voor ons ERP-pakket Ultimo. Je beheert en onderhoudt de database, implementeert nieuwe systemen, registreert en stelt installaties uit dienst en beheert wisseldelen.
  • Je staat mee in voor de aankoop van wit-, bruin- en investeringsmateriaal voor de dienst technisch onderhoud.
  • Je ondersteunt het diensthoofd en de teamleiders op de diverse campussen bij het onder meer aanvragen en opvolgen van externe interventies en offertes, het organiseren van preventief onderhoud, het aanvragen van wettelijke keuringen en validaties alsook het opmaken en opvolgen van de planning in Ultimo.
  • Je ondersteunt bij het organiseren van opleidingen voor de dienst en zorgt voor de opmaak en opvolging van KPI’s.
  • Je fungeert als back-up voor collega’s en neemt hun taken waar bij afwezigheid. Bij afwezigheid van de teamleider op de satellietcampus fungeert het diensthoofd als de eerste contactpersoon maar ondersteun jij de leidinggevende in deze rol en help je hem om de werking vlot op te vangen.

Jouw plaats van tewerkstelling zal hoofdzakelijk campus Rumbeke zijn maar je bent bereid om jou te verplaatsen naar de andere locaties.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een bachelordiploma en/of relevante ervaring.
  • Je combineert sterke administratieve vaardigheden met technische feeling en interesse.
  • Ervaring met Ultimo of een vergelijkbaar ERP-pakket vormt een troef in jouw kandidatuur.
  • Plannen, organiseren, structureren, prioriteiten stellen en hier flexibel mee omspringen zit in jouw DNA.
  • Tot slot beschik je over goed ontwikkelde communicatieve vaardigheden en laat je je kennen als een teamplayer met zin voor verantwoordelijkheid.
