Jobomschrijving

Als Administratief Bediende heb je een gevarieerd takenpakket met een mix van administratieve en klantgerichte verantwoordelijkheden. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt op kantoor:Bestellingen verwerken: Je zorgt voor een correcte verwerking van inkomende bestellingen, alsook het ingeven van verkooporders.Planning: Ondersteunen bij het opmaken van de planning.Aankoop van materialen: Je onderhoudt contact met leveranciers en zorgt ervoor dat de nodige materialen tijdig besteld worden.Opstellen van documenten: Je maakt de nodige documenten op voor de aanhangwagens en zorgt voor de administratieve opvolging.Klantcontact: Je hebt regelmatig contact met klanten zowel telefonisch als via e-mail voor vragen of opvolging van bestellingen.Facturatie: Je staat in voor het inboeken en controleren van facturen.Website: Je beheert de website.

Je hebt ervaring in een administratieve functie of een administratieve opleiding afgerond.Je kan zelfstandig werken en bent ondernemend.Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd.Je hebt een klantvriendelijke houding en communiceert vlot via e-mail.Je hebt kennis van facturatiesystemen en kan vlot overweg met MS Office.Ervaring in de logistieke sector of kennis van aanhangwagens is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
