Wij zijn een groeiend bedrijf gespecialiseerd in dak- en gevelwerken. Om ons team op kantoor te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een technisch administratief medewerker die graag de schakel vormt tussen onze klanten, leveranciers, werfleiding en uitvoerende ploegen.

JOUW FUNCTIE

Als technisch administratief medewerker ondersteun je onze dagelijkse werking vanuit kantoor. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze werven technisch en administratief goed voorbereid zijn en dat onze collega's buiten op de werf over de juiste informatie en materialen beschikken.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Technisch voorbereiden en administratief opvolgen van werven
  • Plannen, technische tekeningen en dossiers bekijken en interpreteren
  • Materiaal- en productkeuzes mee voorbereiden
  • Offertes en prijsaanvragen voorbereiden en ondersteunen
  • Bestellingen plaatsen en opvolgen bij leveranciers
  • Levertijden en materiaalbeschikbaarheid controleren
  • Contact onderhouden met leveranciers en onderaannemers
  • Technische vragen van onze ploegen en werfleiding mee opvolgen
  • Werfgegevens, foto's, plannen en documenten administratief verwerken
  • Mee opvolgen van de planning en voortgang van de werken
  • Werkbonnen en andere werfadministratie verwerken
  • Klanten telefonisch en per mail verder helpen bij praktische en technische vragen
  • Meedenken over efficiënte oplossingen wanneer zich op een werf een probleem voordoet
  • Zorgen dat de nodige informatie tijdig bij de juiste persoon terechtkomt

Je werkt nauw samen met de zaakvoerder, werfleiding, administratieve collega's en onze vakmensen op de werven.

Wij zoeken vooral iemand die technisch inzicht combineert met een goede organisatie.

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je hebt een technische achtergrond of hebt sterke interesse in bouw en techniek
  • Ervaring in de dakwerken, bouwsector of een aanverwante sector is een grote troef
  • Je kunt technische plannen en informatie begrijpen
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar werkt ook graag samen met collega's
  • Je bent communicatief en durft telefonisch contact op te nemen met klanten en leveranciers
  • Je kunt goed prioriteiten stellen en houdt het overzicht wanneer er meerdere zaken tegelijk lopen
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en denkt in oplossingen
  • Je bent vlot met computer en administratieve programma's
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands
  • Rijbewijs is een must aangezien het kan voorvallen dat je materialen ophaalt bij een leverancier
