Als Medewerker Technische Administratie ben jij de steun en toeverlaat van onze uitvoeringsorganisatie. In deze functie maak je deel uit van één of meerdere overzichtelijke teams, waarin je ondersteunt met alle bijbehorende administratieve taken. Deze taken kunnen zowel plaatsvinden in interne als externe digitale omgevingen. Bij ons krijg je de mogelijkheid om te werken aan werkzaamheden die jou het beste liggen. Je belangrijkste taken omvatten het samenstellen en beheren van projectmappen, het beantwoorden van de telefoon en het onderhouden van contact met bouwers, het verzorgen van de urenadministratie en de bijbehorende administratieve verwerking, het muteren van diverse gegevens in geautomatiseerde systemen, en het uitvoeren van diverse voorkomende (administratieve) werkzaamheden. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Je beschikt over mbo werk- en denkniveau - Ervaring binnen de branche of een soortgelijk bedrijf is een pré - Je bezit een goede computervaardigheid - Je staat sterk in je schoenen en bent communicatief vaardig Functieoverzicht .
