Je komt terecht in een ambachtelijke en groeiende KMO gespecialiseerd in maatwerk en schrijnwerk, zowel voor renovatie- als nieuwbouwprojecten.

Met een team van een 9-tal interne medewerkers en vaste partners werkt het bedrijf voornamelijk met een bestaand klantenbestand. Vandaag ligt de focus op het verder uitbouwen van hun online aanwezigheid en de instroom van nieuwe klanten.

Heb jij een goed technisch inzicht én ervaring met het berekenen van maatkasten of interieurprojecten? Werk je graag zelfstandig en krijg je energie van plannen uitpluizen, materialen berekenen en offertes correct samenstellen?

Als parttimeTechnisch Administratief bediende te Izegem zorg je ervoor dat een interieurproject technisch en financieel correct wordt voorbereid.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

Berekenen van maatkasten van vloer tot plafond

Plannen en technische tekeningen lezen en interpreteren

Berekenen hoeveel platen en andere materialen nodig zijn

Rekening houden met kleuren, afwerkingen, inlegbanken en andere extra's

Zelfstandig de opbouw van een project en de bijhorende prijzen bepalen

Materialen, werkuren, machine-uren en extra werkzaamheden correct verwerken in het programma

Inschatten hoeveel werkuren nodig zijn voor de productie en montage

Controleren of alle gegevens en berekeningen correct zijn

Meedenken over de meest efficiënte en correcte uitvoering van een project

Je bent dus niet iemand die simpelweg gegevens overneemt: je denkt zelf mee, maakt berekeningen en zorgt ervoor dat het volledige plaatje klopt.

Je denkt logisch na en durft zelf beslissingen te nemen

Je hebt oog voor detail en controleert je eigen berekeningen

Je bent administratief sterk en kan goed overweg met cijfers

Ook kandidaten met ervaring binnen een architectenbureau of renovatieomgeving, waarbij je verantwoordelijk was voor het uitrekenen van projecten, kunnen in aanmerking komen.

Ervaring met het berekenen van kasten/maatwerk is hierbij wel een must.
