In deze functie krijg je je eigen dossiers, werk je met een technisch product en ben je de administratieve spil tussen de klant en interne collega's.

Wat krijg jij ervoor terug?

Waar ben je dagelijks mee bezig?

Van offerte tot levering zorg jij ervoor dat de administratie op wieltjes loopt.

  • Offertes opmaken, registreren en opvolgen
  • Orders correct verwerken in het ERP-systeem
  • Prijzen, levertermijnen en commerciële afspraken controleren
  • Nieuwe artikelen aanmaken
  • Artikel-, klant- en prijsgegevens up-to-date houden
  • Product- en editiewijzigingen verwerken
  • Orders en leveringen opvolgen
  • Klantvragen beantwoorden, voornamelijk via e-mail
  • Afstemmen met productie, planning en aankoop
  • Verbeterpunten signaleren en mee nadenken over efficiëntere processen
  • Meewerken aan digitaliseringsprojecten en de verdere optimalisatie van Dynamics 365
  • Inspringen voor collega's wanneer nodig

Je hoeft geen technische expert te zijn. Gezond boeren verstand moet je wel hebben & een grote interesse in aftersales.

  • Ervaring heeft met orderverwerking en klantenbeheer
  • Al met een ERP-systeem gewerkt heeft
  • Nauwkeurig en gestructureerd werkt
  • Graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt over eigen dossiers
  • Vlot en professioneel communiceert, vooral schriftelijk
  • Technische informatie snel oppikt
  • Verschillende dossiers tegelijk georganiseerd kan opvolgen
  • Zelf verbeterpunten ziet en ze ook durft aankaarten
  • Graag samenwerkt met verschillende interne afdelingen
