Ter ondersteuning van de operationele teams zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Technisch Administratief Projectmedewerker die zeer nauw zal samenwerken met de werfleiding. Some of your duties include: Je bent de administratieve spil in een technische omgeving en ondersteunt de werfleiding in de meest brede zin - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de opmaak van de vorderingsstaten en beheert de flow vanaf indiening tot facturatie - Je werkt actief mee aan de werkvoorbereiding, uitrol en ondersteuning van de projecten - Je voert en beheert de nodige administratie m.b.t. grondverzet en afvaltransport - Je staat mee in voor het ontwikkelen en verbeteren van de werkprocessen - Je onderhoudt een uitstekende communicatie met je collega's en externe klanten - Je rapporteert aan de Business Unit Manager en voert hiermee een open communicatie - Je beheert tijdelijk het proces van werfadministratie van A tot Z - Je ondersteunt de calculatiedienst met o.a. offerteaanvragen - Je neemt een deel van de personeelsadministratie op jou: opvolgen en registreren van verlofaanvragen, interne opleidingen, ziekteattesten, gepresteerde uren (dagrapporten) ,… Your profile - Je bent leergierig en gaat een uitdaging niet uit de weg - Beschikken over een...
