Wat kan je zoal vinden in je takenpakket :

  • Als technisch adviseur verleen je commerciële en technische ondersteuning aan elektrische installateurs en bouw je een nauw contact met hen op.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige offerteproces. Dit houdt in dat je de klantenbehoefte kan identificeren, een passende oplossing kan uitwerken en deze commercieel verdedigd bij de klant.
  • Je geeft technisch advies of wint deze in bij jouw collega specialisten
  • Je volgt het volledige logistieke traject op, onder meer het bijhouden van de levertermijnen, informeren bij de klant over de voorraadstatus, geplande leveringen en/of lopende opdrachten.
  • Je informeert de klant steeds over lopende commerciële acties, incentives, ... hier heb je een goede dosis commerciële drive voor nodig.
  • Je werkt ook nauw samen met jouw team en de commerciële buitendienst, het logistiek team en de partner-leveranciers.
  • Rapporteren doe je bij je Branch Manager.
  • Je hebt een technische opleiding genoten en/of een goede kennis van elektrisch installatiemateriaal
  • Bij voorkeur heb je een eerste ervaring waarbij u in contact was met grote installatiebedrijven
  • NL/FR met een goede ENG is wel gevraagd voor deze functie
  • Kennis van verschillende product programma's en/of leergierig genoeg zijn om jouw kennis te verrijken is een groot pluspunt
