Ben jij technisch onderlegd én sterk in adviseren? Als Technisch Adviseur Binnendienst ondersteun je klanten en collega's bij technische vraagstukken rondom dak- en valbeveiliging. Je combineert engineering en berekeningen met veelvuldig contact met verschillende interne en externe partijen. Je komt terecht in een compact team binnen Customer Service. Vanuit jouw technische expertise schakel je met Sales, Product Management, collega's en klanten . Wat ga je doen? Je vertaalt technische projectinformatie naar een veilige en passende oplossing. Zo voer je onder andere windlastberekeningen uit om te bepalen welke bevestiging nodig is voor een specifieke dakconstructie. Daarnaast: - Werk je ontwerpen voor valbeveiligingssystemen uit; - Geef je technisch advies aan klanten en collega's; - Onderbouw je technische oplossingen en berekeningen; - Begeleid je projecten en offertes vanuit technisch perspectief; - Werk je samen met Sales bij de verdere opvolging van aanvragen; - Lever je technische input aan Product Management over producten en veranderende normen. Omdat je betrokken bent bij internationale projecten, kunnen eisen en regelgeving per situatie verschillen. Je bent daarom iemand die nauwkeurig werkt, goed doorvraagt en het interessant vindt om voor ieder project de juiste oplossing te vinden. Wie je bent (of wil worden): Je hebt een technische interesse en vindt het interessant om complexe vragen stap voor stap te ontrafelen. Je bent analytisch ingesteld, werkt zorgvuldig en haalt voldoening uit het bieden van een goede service aan klanten.
