Onze ambitie

Campus XPLUS is een school met ambitie: sterk in de kernvakken, groot in expertise en kleinschalig in de aanpak die elke leerling persoonlijk raakt. Wat ons uniek maakt, is hoe we onderwijs zichtbaar, doelgericht en betekenisvol maken.

Binnen ons technisch en praktijkgericht onderwijs geven we jongeren alle kansen om hun talenten en competenties te ontwikkelen. Met kwaliteitsvol en toekomstgericht onderwijs bereiden we hen voor op verdere studies, de arbeidsmarkt en hun plaats in de samenleving.

Jouw rol

Als halftijdse technisch adviseur-coördinator (TAC) geef je mee richting aan deze ambitie. Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen het beleid, het schoolteam en de dagelijkse praktijk en helpt onze pedagogische en technische visie concreet vorm te geven op de klas- en werkvloer.

Je ondersteunt en coacht leraren en andere medewerkers, stimuleert samenwerking en neemt collega’s mee in ontwikkelingen en veranderingen. Vanuit jouw expertise draag je bij aan kwaliteitsvol technisch en praktijkgericht onderwijs, met aandacht voor actuele vakkennis, technische en beroepsgerichte competenties en sterke arbeidsattitudes.

Daarnaast neem je verantwoordelijkheid op binnen de planning en organisatie van onze technische en praktijkgerichte werking. Je denkt vooruit, brengt structuur en bewaakt samen met het beleidsteam de kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiënte inzet van werkplaatsen, infrastructuur, materialen en middelen.

Ook buiten de school leg je verbinding. Je bouwt mee aan sterke contacten met bedrijven, arbeidsmarktpartners en andere externe partners, ziet kansen voor samenwerking en helpt relevante ontwikkelingen op de arbeidsmarkt te vertalen naar onze schoolcontext.

Bovenal ben je een coachende, toegankelijke en verbindende collega die mensen weet te motiveren en in beweging te brengen. Samen met het directieteam en de medewerkers bouw je verder aan Campus XPLUS als een sterke GO!-campus waar jongeren alle kansen krijgen om uit te groeien tot zelfstandige, competente en weerbare jongvolwassenen.

Deze functie betreft een halftijdse, waarnemende betrekking en loopt tot en met 30 juni, met mogelijkheid tot verlenging.
