ml T232701 Je werkt aan een specialistisch traject binnen de ontwikkeling van Nieuw-Weiburg in Harderwijk, een gebiedsontwikkeling met woningen, kantoren en voorzieningen. Voor deze locatie is een collectieve energievoorziening ontworpen op basis van WKO, warmtepompen en individuele afleverunits. In deze rol lever je inhoudelijke technische expertise tijdens het volledige aanbestedingstraject voor de realisatie en exploitatie van deze energievoorziening. Je werkt nauw samen met de projectleider warmtetransitie en warmtenet, het inkoopteam en andere vakspecialisten. Je adviseert over technische uitgangspunten, aanbestedingsdocumenten en de ruimtelijke borging van het energieconcept. Wat ga je doen - Je stelt een algemene technische omschrijving van het energieconcept op als input voor de selectieleidraad en gunningsleidraad. - Je werkt functionele en technische eisen, capaciteitsvragen, systeemarchitectuur, demarcaties en prestatienormen verder uit en scherpt deze aan. - Je stelt technische bijlagen op voor de gunningsleidraad, waaronder energieprestatie-eisen, materialen, monitoring en randvoorwaarden voor exploitatie. - Je borgt technische uitgangspunten in de selectieleidraad en formuleert selectiecriteria en beoordelingsmethodieken vanuit technisch perspectief. - Je beantwoordt technische vragen uit de Nota van Inlichtingen en tijdens twee vragenrondes in de gunningsfase. - Je beoordeelt technisch de inschrijvingen in zowel de selectiefase als de gunningsfase en woont presentaties bij. - Je levert input voor de voorlopige gunning. - Je neemt structureel deel aan overleggen, gemiddeld twee per maand. - Je fungeert als technisch sparringpartner voor het projectteam, juristen en beleid. - Je denkt mee en adviseert over de ruimtelijke inpassing van het energiesysteem en over de borging van het energieconcept via onder meer milieu- en energieprestatie-eisen in het omgevingsplan.
