Als Technisch Adviseur ben jij hét gezicht van onze organisatie.

Je verwelkomt klanten die hun wagen toevertrouwen voor onderhoud of herstelling en zorgt meteen voor een professionele en warme eerste indruk.

Met jouw luisterend oor en klantgerichte aanpak detecteer je hun noden en geef je helder en deskundig advies. Je bent de cruciale schakel tussen de klant en de werkplaats.

Dankzij jouw duidelijke communicatie en efficiënte planning verloopt elke interventie vlot, correct en volgens afspraak.

Je bouwt actief aan een vertrouwensrelatie en streeft steeds naar een maximale klantentevredenheid. Daarnaast neem je ook de administratieve opvolging nauwgezet ter harte.

Je maakt werkorders op, volgt dossiers zorgvuldig op en zorgt voor een correcte en transparante facturatie. Met jouw commerciële flair, organisatietalent en servicegerichte mindset maak jij elke klantenervaring compleet. Klantentevredenheid staat bij jou altijd op nummer één.

Met jouw natuurlijke klantgerichtheid en positieve uitstraling zorg je ervoor dat elke klant zich welkom en geholpen voelt.

Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands én je kan je uit de slag trekken in het Frans, en weet je boodschap steeds duidelijk en professioneel over te brengen. Dankzij je kennis/affiniteit/passie voor de automotive sector begrijp je perfect wat er in de werkplaats gebeurt en kan je klanten correct en deskundig informeren. Organiseren zit in je DNA.

Je behoudt moeiteloos het overzicht, stelt de juiste prioriteiten en schakelt snel wanneer nodig. Ook op drukke momenten blijf je kalm en gefocust.

Je bent flexibel, positief ingesteld en werkt graag samen met collega's om samen het beste resultaat neer te zetten.
