The posting

Als Technisch Adviseur Platte Daken ben jij de spilfiguur tussen onze producten, klanten en projecten in de regio Brussel. In deze rol krijg je eerst een grondige interne opleiding zodat je uitgroeit tot dé expert in onze oplossingen voor platte daken. Eens je dat niveau bereikt hebt, geef je demonstraties en opleidingen aan klanten, zodat zij onze systemen correct kunnen toepassen. Daarnaast ondersteun je klanten bij de opstart van nieuwe werven en complexe dakprojecten. Je voert technische inspecties uit om te controleren of alles volgens de regels gebeurt en zorgt dat onze demoruimtes steeds netjes en gebruiksklaar zijn.

Een gemiddelde werkdag is bijzonder gevarieerd: je bezoekt verschillende werven in Brussel, Luik of Antwerpen, begeleidt klanten, voert inspecties uit en maakt duidelijke rapporten. Je staat regelmatig in contact met je collega's van Technical Support en woont meetings bij in het hoofdkantoor of een andere vestiging. Administratieve taken, zoals het opstellen van bezoekrapporten en het maken van calculaties voor klanten, maken ook deel uit van je dag.

  • Je hebt een hoger secundair diploma, graduaat, professionele of academische bachelor, of master
  • Je hebt interesse in techniek, bij voorkeur een basiskennis van platte daken
  • Je bent sociaal, klantgericht en legt vlot contact
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Frans
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en kan goed overweg met Outlook, Word en Excel
  • Je hebt geen hoogtevrees
  • Je bent graag op de baan en bezoekt werven in Brussel, Luik en Antwerpen
  • Je hebt minimaal 1 jaar relevante werkervaring, ervaring tot 10 jaar of meer is een plus
