We zijn een klein team waardoor jouw nieuwe job een leuke mix is tussen receptie en magazijnwerk:

  • Als technisch adviseur sta je in direct contact met klanten die een onderhoud of reparatie van hun wagen wensen.
  • Je zorgt voor het onthaal, legt afspraken vast en staat voor hen klaar met advies. Daarnaast maak je ook orders op en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de facturatie.
  • Je bent de schakel tussen de klanten en jouw collega's in de werkplaats. Daarnaast ben je ook deels verantwoordelijk over het magazijn:
  • Voorraadbeheer, orderbeheer, picking klant -of interne orders (wisselstukken), bestellingen bij de leveranciers, …
  • Je onderhoudt nauwe contacten met de merk gebonden verdelers en onafhankelijke garages. Daarnaast ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor de bestellingen van nieuwe wisselstukken en ontvangt deze bij binnenkomst.
  • Stockcorrecties behoren ook tot 1 van jouw verantwoordelijkheden. Het is jouw taak om beschadigde of verkeerd geleverde onderdelen terug te sturen.
  • Je hebt een achtergrond in de automotive sector. Dit kan door werkervaring, hobby, ... Wij luisteren graag hoe jouw passie is ontstaan!
  • 60%-70% van jouw tijd ben je aan het werk met verschillende computerprogramma's (Outlook, ICar, merk gebonden programma's, ...) Je kan dus vlot overweg met de computer. Wij zijn een gedigitaliseerd bedrijf, geen verloren papieren dus ;).
  • Als magazijnier wil je absoluut vermijden dat alle onderdelen opstapelen of verkeerd worden gestockeerd. Je ben dus van nature ordelijk en punctueel. In jouw magazijn zullen er geen collega's vallen over rondslingerende onderdelen...
  • Je komt heel vaak in contact met zowel je collega's van verschillende afdelingen als met externe personen (particulier/professioneel). Je bent communicatief en streeft naar een optimale klantenbeleving.
  • Je springt af en toe bij waar nodig om jouw collega's te helpen. Dit kan zowel eens helpen zijn met een klant aan de receptie, eens een lampje vervangen, ...
