Om ons team verder te versterken zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een Technisch Analist (m/v/x) om aan de slag te gaan bij onze klant in Antwerpen.

  • Deze positie kan worden ingevuld met zowel vast contract (bediendestatuut) als freelance contract

We zijn op zoek naar een Technical Analist om het team te versterken. Je werkt in een crossfunctioneel team dat verantwoordelijk is voor meer dan 10 applicaties, allemaal ontwikkeld voor onze makelaars. Je werkt rond backend-gerelateerde onderwerpen binnen onze transformatie- en migratieroadmap. Je helpt bij het uitwerken van de oplossingsdefinitie om tot een kwalitatieve end-to-end IT-oplossing te komen die een uitstekende gebruikerservaring biedt aan makelaars en partners.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Uitvoeren van technische analyses op basis van functionele vereisten en architecturale richtlijnen
  • Voorbereiden en documenteren van technische designs, servicemappings en implementatiekeuzes
  • Analyseren en documenteren van bestaande backendoplossingen en integraties ter ondersteuning van transformatie- en migratie-initiatieven
  • Optreden als technisch aanspreekpunt voor toegewezen initiatieven en zorgen voor afstemming tussen businessvereisten, architectuur en implementatie
  • Ontwikkelaars ondersteunen door duidelijke instructies te geven en technische vragen tijdens de implementatie te verduidelijken
  • Incidenten en gemelde problemen analyseren en helpen oplossen om de beschikbaarheid van applicaties voor eindgebruikers te garanderen
  • Het applicatiedomein monitoren en ondersteunen om de betrouwbaarheid en continuïteit van de business te waarborgen
  • Technische validatiecriteria definiëren en richtlijnen voor unit testing voorzien om de kwaliteit en onderhoudbaarheid van de oplossing te garanderen
  • Bijdragen aan projecten en wijzigingen binnen de afgesproken scope, timing en kwaliteitsverwachtingen
  • Deelnemen aan sprintplanningen, inschattingen, dagelijkse stand-ups, reviews en retrospectives
  • Technologische evoluties opvolgen en bestaande technische patronen en standaarden toepassen

Profiel

  • Technical Analist met een sterke technische achtergrond
  • Bachelor in IT of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je kunt de brug slaan tussen analyse, architectuur en development
  • Je beschikt over sterke analytische vaardigheden en werkt nauwkeurig
  • Je bent gestructureerd, resultaatgericht en kunt je werk zorgvuldig plannen
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht en durft de huidige werkwijze in vraag te stellen wanneer dat nodig is
  • Je communiceert duidelijk met zowel business- als technische stakeholders
  • Je bent een teamspeler met een klantgerichte ingesteldheid
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en bent bereid om bestaande en nieuwe technologieën aan te leren
  • Ervaring met technische analyse en technische documentatie binnen een gestructureerde IT-omgeving
  • Goede kennis van XML, XSD, WSDL, SOAP, REST en JSON
  • Kennis van webservices, API's en integratiepatronen
  • Basiskennis van Microsoft .NET, C#, SQL Server en T-SQL is een pluspunt
  • Ervaring met een Agile manier van werken en Azure DevOps
  • Ervaring met service design, mapping, interfaceanalyse of applicatie-integratie is een sterke plus
  • Ervaring met Confluence, Azure DevOps, Enterprise Architect, XML-tools of SOAP/REST-testingtools is een pluspunt
  • Ervaring met het onderhouden van bestaande applicaties en het ondersteunen van third-line incidents is een pluspunt
  • Ervaring binnen grote corporate omgevingen is een troef, evenals inzicht in gestructureerde processen en complexe besluitvormingsstructuren
  • Relevante ervaring met AI en het efficiënt kunnen inzetten van AI om bestaande codemodules te reverse-engineeren, technische analyses te ondersteunen en AI-best practices op een betrouwbare en verantwoorde manier toe te passen
