Multis is een onafhankelijk studie- en adviesbureau, gespecialiseerd in technieken, energie, comfort en duurzaamheid van gebouwen. Wij ontwerpen technische installaties voor gebouwen en industriële productiefaciliteiten waarbij alle systemen perfect op elkaar worden afgestemd.

Met onze Technical Brilliance bouwen we aan slimme technische ontwerpen die energie verlagen, comfort verhogen en de impact op het klimaat verkleinen.

MuMo is een onderdeel van Multis en ondersteunt eigenaren en patrimoniumbeheerders van gebouwen bij het beter laten functioneren van hun technische installaties.

Wij geloven dat enorme winst te behalen valt in bestaande gebouwen. Niet door alles te vervangen, maar door installaties beter te begrijpen, slimmer te regelen en correct af te stemmen op het gebruik.

Om onze dienstverlening verder uit te bouwen, zoeken we een technisch sterke expert die zich wil vastbijten in gebouwinstallaties, regelingen en sturingen, en daar échte impact mee wil maken.

Jouw missie:

Je speelt een centrale rol in het verbeteren van comfort en energieprestatie van gebouwen.

Wat ga je doen:

- Je analyseert bestaande technische installaties (HVAC, regelingen, sturingen, opwekking en distributie).

- Je doorgrondt regelconcepten, parameters en gebouwbeheer­systemen (GBS/BMS).

- Je detecteert inefficiënties, foutieve instellingen en gemiste kansen.

- Je formuleert concrete en haalbare optimalisatievoorstellen met focus op energie-efficiëntie, thermisch en hygiënisch comfort en robuuste en begrijpbare regelstrategieën

- Je overlegt met exploitanten, onderhoudsfirma’s en bouwheren.

- Je volgt verbetermaatregelen mee op en evalueert hun effect.

- Je bent een master of bachelor in ingenieurswetenschappen, energietechnologie, elektromechanica, automatisatie of gelijkwaardig.

- Je hebt sterke interesse in technische gebouwinstallaties en hun werking in de praktijk.

- Je hebt kennis van, of affiniteit met regeltechniek en sturingen, HVAC-installaties, BACS, EMS en gebouwbeheersystemen.

- Je wilt begrijpen waarom iets werkt zoals het werkt, niet alleen hoe het ontworpen is.

- Je denkt analytisch en oplossingsgericht.

- Je communiceert duidelijk en pragmatisch.

- Je hebt al enkele jaren ervaring of bent een gemotiveerde doorgroeier.
