Verantwoordelijkheden en kwalificaties: - Het configureren, documenteren, onderhouden en verbeteren van ons platform. - Actief bijdragen aan het oplossen van problemen van gebruikers op het platform. - Zorgen voor een hoog presterende en 24/7 beschikbare omgeving. - Identificeren en bijhouden van relevante metrics om de prestaties van de omgevingen te begrijpen. - Het signaleren van huidige en potentiële knelpunten, en het doen van verbetervoorstellen om deze aan te pakken. Je taken omvatten onder andere: - Beheren van netwerken en servers, met een focus op Linux, maar ook met ervaring in Windows-omgevingen. - Het leveren van een 'full stack' dienstverlening in samenwerking met het team. - Het vinden van een balans tussen het implementeren van innovatieve technologieën die directe invloed hebben op klanttevredenheid, en het waarborgen van veiligheid en onderhoudbaarheid op de lange termijn. - Proactief zijn en niet afwachten, maar in plaats daarvan werkzaamheden zelf initiëren.
