Als Technisch Applicatiebeheerder bij Centric waarborg je de 24/7 beschikbaarheid en optimale performance van onze hoogkritische bancaire applicaties en bijbehorende databases. Je opereert op het snijvlak van applicaties, databases en de onderliggende infrastructuur (Windows en Linux). Een veelzijdige rol waarin je grondige technische incidentanalyse combineert met het proactief optimaliseren en -waar mogelijk- automatiseren van onze beheeromgevingen. Wat jij doet Als Technisch Applicatiebeheerder bevind jij je op het snijvlak van software, databases en infrastructuur. In deze functie richt je je volledig op het technisch gezond, veilig en toekomstbestendig houden van ons hoog kritische applicatielandschap op Windows- en Linux-platformen. Jouw werkdag is gevarieerd en omvat onder andere: - Zorgdragen voor het installeren van updates, het proactief bewaken van de systeemperformance via monitoringtools en het waarborgen van de technische koppelingen tussen applicaties en databases; - Je ontwikkelt slimme scripts in bijvoorbeeld PowerShell, Bash of Python om beheertaken en uitrollen te automatiseren, zodat herhaalwerk tot een minimum wordt beperkt; - Bij complexe technische storingen of data-issues ga je in nauwe samenwerking met andere Centric teams (zoals Windows, Networking en DBA) op onderzoek uit om de onderliggende oorzaak te analyseren en op te lossen; - Voordat een nieuwe release live gaat, test je in een geïsoleerde omgeving of de infrastructuur de capaciteit aankan, de API's goed werken en de back-ups geborgd zijn; - Je voert geplande wijzigingen en incidenten zorgvuldig uit via strakke Change- en Incident Management-processen in tools zoals ServiceNow, TOPdesk of Jira.
