Technisch Asset Manager bij Sagax Nederland Technisch Asset Management | light industrial vastgoed | ervaren en zelfstandig | Rotterdam De functie Namens onze opdrachtgever Sagax Nederland zijn wij actief met de werving van een Technisch Asset Manager . Sagax Nederland is onderdeel van AB Sagax, een Zweedse beursgenoteerde vastgoedbelegger met een portefeuille bestaande uit meer dan 1000 commerciële vastgoedobjecten (hoofdzakelijk bedrijfsruimtes en light industrial) in Zweden, Finland, Denemarken, Duitsland, Frankrijk, Spanje, België en Nederland. De portefeuille in de Benelux omvat circa 180 objecten, met een totale waarde van ruim € 1 miljard. Het vastgoed bevindt zich door de gehele Benelux, wel met een sterke focus op de grote steden. In slechts 10 jaar tijd heeft Sagax haar huidige omvang in Nederland bereikt en ze heeft de ambitie en strategie om de komende jaren sterk verder te blijven groeien. Jouw uitdaging Als Technisch Asset Manager bij Sagax Nederland ben je verantwoordelijk voor een optimale technische staat van de portefeuille. Hiertoe stuur je de externe Property Managers aan en geef je leiding aan (grootschalige) renovatie-, onderhoud- en verbouwprojecten. Werkzaamheden: - Aansturen van het (externe) technische property managementteam, welk op haar beurt verantwoordelijk is voor: - Aanbesteden, coördineren, begeleiden en opleveren van het planmatig- en groot onderhoud; - Coördineren en begeleiden van projecten op het gebied van wettelijke normen en eisen; - Periodiek opstellen van onderhoudsbegrotingen en meerjarenplanningen; - Servicekostenafrekeningen; - Bijhouden van een actueel en compleet technisch (beheer) bestand per object; en - Opleveren van gehuurde ruimten. - Aanbesteden, coördineren, begeleiden en opleveren van verbouwingen en renovaties; - Opstellen van business cases voor projecten, het initiëren van projecten, samenstellen van projectteams en het aansturen van de uitvoeringsfase van projecten; ...
