The posting

Als technisch assistent logistiek en ondersteuning ben je verantwoordelijk voor een gevarieerd takenpakket in vier domeinen:

Signalisatie

  • Voorbereiden en inventariseren van tijdelijke signalisatietaken
  • Plaatsen van vaste en losse signalisatie op diverse locaties
  • Belijningsopdrachten
  • Herstellings- en reinigingsopdrachten voor vaste signalisatie

Ondersteuning

  • Diverse transportopdrachten met bestelwagens, aanhangwagens en vrachtwagens

Magazijn

  • Meewerken aan een proper en ordelijk magazijn
  • Op termijn: onthaalbalie, voorraadcontrole

Uitleendienst

  • Voorbereiden uitleenmateriaal in functie van de uitleenagenda en -kalender
  • Ondersteuning bij afhalen/terugbrengen (intern) en leveringen/ophalingen (extern) van uitleenmateriaal
  • Je bent geïnteresseerd in technisch en uitvoerend werk en deinst niet terug voor een heel afwisselend takenpakket.
  • Je kan plaatsingsplannen lezen en uitvoeren. Praktische kennis van signalisatie, zoals het herkennen van borden en kennis van vaste en tijdelijke opstellingen, zijn een pluspunt.
  • Je bent digitaal onderlegd, je werkt vlot met een tablet en met digitale documenten.
  • Je houdt van fysieke arbeid: laden en lossen van verkeersborden, beheren van uitleenmateriaal, assisteren van verhuizingen.
  • Als er dringende oproepen en interventies zijn buiten de kantooruren en tijdensweekends, ben je bereid je flexibel op te stellen.
  • Je bent een teamspeler, maar je kan ook zelfstandig werken.
  • Je hebt een sterk probleemoplossend vermogen. Je bent handig, creatief en nauwgezet
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor transport met aanhangwagens en zwaar vervoer. Het bezit van een rijbewijs B is dus verplicht. Een rijbewijs BE en/of C is een groot pluspunt.

Toelatings- en aanwervingsvoorwaarden

  • Je vertoont een gedrag dat in overeenstemming is met de eisen van de functie waarvoor je solliciteert en je geniet de burgerlijke en politieke rechten. Dit doe je aan de hand van een uittreksel uit het strafregister, dat niet ouder mag zijn dan drie maanden. Je mag dit uploaden in het webformulier of meebrengen op de mondelinge proef.
  • Je verblijft wettig in België en je hebt een algemene toegang tot de arbeidsmarkt
  • Je voldoet aan de vereiste over de taalkennis opgelegd door de wetten op het gebruik der talen in bestuurszaken, gecoördineerd op 18 juli 1966.
  • Je slaagt voor de selectieprocedure.
  • Je kan enkel aangeworven worden indien je een recent uittreksel uit het strafregister hebt voorgelegd.
