Voorbeelden van taken: Aanleg van openbaar domein zoals speeltuinen Onderhoud en herstellingen van het openbaar domein zoals voet- en fietspaden. Aansluiten en herstellen van riolering Plaatsen van signalisatie zowel vaste als voor evenementen Sneeuw en ijzelbestrijding Uitvoeren van begravingen Reinigen van openbaar domein ( sluikstorten , na overstromingen, … ) Logistieke ondersteuning bij evenementen Het juiste gebruik van machines en toebehoren Zin voor orde en netheid Respecteert procedures en veiligheidsvoorschriften
  • Met burgers ga je op een respectvolle en correcte manier om Je op een respectvolle manier gedragen tegenover de burgers en hen begroeten via een open en uitnodigende uitstraling Informatie aan de burgers geven waardoor hij zich geholpen voelt Doorverwijzen naar de juiste dienst of persoon indien nodig. Je communicatiestijl aanpassen aan de situatie en aan de personen; Tijdens moeilijke situaties (bv. bij een boze klant) een professionele houding behouden formuleren van suggesties of aanbrengen van verbeterinitiatieven die kunnen bijdragen tot een betere, klantgerichte dienstverlening
  • Je stelt je flexibel op en bent een echte teamspeler Je overlegt en maakt afspraken met collega’s om tot een gezamenlijk resultaat te komen en komt uit eigen beweging tot actie. Je schrikt niet af van plotse veranderingen en wisselende prioriteiten. Bereid zijn om in ongunstige weersomstandigheden te werken. Bereid zijn om buiten de reguliere werkuren, op afroep, ingezet te worden bij noodweer( storm, sneeuwval,…) en mee te draaien in een wachtregeling tijdens de winterperiode en voor begravingen in het weekend. Bereid zijn om opleidingen en bijscholingen te volgen.
