Stad Tielt is volop in beweging en is op zoek naar een technisch assistent redder die wil meebouwen aan de bruisende vrijetijdsbeleving van onze stad!

Als technisch assistent redder zorg je mee voor een veilige, aangename en kwaliteitsvolle zwemomgeving voor alle bezoekers. Met jouw waakzaam oog, klantvriendelijke houding en sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel draag je dagelijks bij aan een fijne zwembeleving.

Concreet behoren volgende taken tot jouw functie:

  • Je houdt toezicht op de veiligheid van zwembadbezoekers en grijpt in waar nodig.
  • Je verleent eerste hulp bij ongevallen of noodsituaties.
  • Je ziet toe op de naleving van het zwembadreglement.
  • Je voert controles uit op de waterkwaliteit en zwembadinstallaties.
  • Je helpt mee bij het dagelijkse beheer en onderhoud van het zwembad.
  • Je draagt bij aan een nette, veilige en aangename zwembadomgeving.

Algemene vereisten

  • Je bent vriendelijk, behulpzaam en neemt verantwoordelijkheid bij vragen, fouten of klachten.
  • Als echte teamplayer werk je vlot samen, deelt je informatie en ondersteun je collega’s waar nodig.
  • Je bent bereid flexibel te werken in een wisselend uurrooster, ook ’s avonds en in het weekend.
  • Je respecteert afspraken, procedures en de geldende regels binnen de organisatie.
  • Je communiceert helder, correct en professioneel met bezoekers en collega’s.
  • Je draagt actief bij aan een veilige, aangename zwembeleving en spreekt bezoekers respectvol aan wanneer nodig.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van EHBO, zwem-, reddings- en reanimatietechnieken.

Toelatingsvoorwaarden

  • Een gedrag vertonen dat in overeenstemming is met de eisen van de functie waarvoor ze solliciteren.
  • De burgerlijke en politieke rechten genieten.
  • Medisch geschikt zijn voor de uit te oefenen functie, in overeenstemming met de wetgeving betreffende het welzijn van het personeelslid bij de uitvoering van zijn werk.
  • Voldoen aan de vereiste over de taalkennis opgelegd door de wetten op het gebruik der talen in bestuurszaken, gecoördineerd op 18.07.1966.
  • In het bezit zijn van een diploma hoger redder (en conform de Vlarem II beschikken over het bijscholingsattest of bereid zijn deze door Sport Vlaanderen erkende bijscholing jaarlijks te volgen)
