Hoe ziet de functie eruit?

We starten een algemene oproep naar kandidaten voor de functie van technisch assistent voor onze teams Facilitaire zaken en Uitvoering.

Team Facilitaire zaken

  • Je staat samen met jouw collega’s in voor het algemeen onderhoud van de gebouwen van lokaal bestuur Kampenhout.
  • Je draagt bij aan het uitvoeren van dagelijks technisch onderhoud en controles.

Team Uitvoering

  • Je staat samen met jouw collega’s in voor alle technische werken die nodig zijn om het publiek domein van de gemeente te onderhouden en op punt te zetten.
  • De focus ligt daarbij op wegen en groen (ook de begraafplaatsen) en het algemene onderhoud van de gemeentelijke terreinen.
  • Je bent mee verantwoordelijk voor het gemeentelijke uitleenmateriaal voor verenigingen en je stelt mee het materiaal op bij gemeentelijke evenementen.

  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
  • Je bent integer, resultaatgericht en respecteert deontologische principes en brengt ze in de praktijk.
  • Werken doe je respectvol en constructief samen met medewerkers en andere belanghebbenden.
  • De waarden en normen van het geïntegreerde bestuur draag je mee in je dagelijkse werk.
  • Je handelt in het belang van het lokaal bestuur en zijn inwoners.
  • Je werkt klantgericht, nauwgezet en vindt kwaliteit belangrijk.
  • Je bent zeer flexibel inzetbaar en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je werkt volgens een vast uurrooster.
  • Je bent bereid om je in beurtrol buiten de normale diensturen (thuis) beschikbaar te houden voor interventies.
  • Samenwerken vormt geen probleem en je communiceert graag en duidelijk.
  • Je werkt graag volgens vastgelegde procedures en beheerst goede werkmethodieken.
