The posting

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van ons rollend materieel en groter werfmaterieel, waaronder vrachtwagens, heftrucks, kranen, trailers, aggregaten, lichtmasten, compressoren en werfinstallaties.

Je werkt nauw samen met de technisch coördinator en zorgt voor een vlotte planning van interventies, onderhoud en herstellingen.

Je bestelt de nodige wisselstukken en volgt leveringen op in overleg met leveranciers.

Ook de organisatie van keuringen en het verwerken van technische gegevens zoals uurstanden en tellerstanden in SAP PM behoren tot jouw dagelijkse taken.

Daarnaast neem je de administratieve opvolging van werkorders in SAP PM voor je rekening en zorg je voor een correcte registratie en opvolging van schadegevallen via ons platform ETM.nxt.

Je ondersteunt bij de opmaak van indienstnameverslagen en volgt calibraties van meetapparatuur administratief op.

Tot slot werk je samen met de boekhouding om de facturatie in goede banen te leiden en spring je bij waar nodig om je collega’s te ondersteunen.

Jij bent iemand met technisch inzicht en een gezonde dosis verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel

Je beschikt over een secundair diploma in een technische richting en hebt bij voorkeur een BA5-getuigschrift op zak, of je bent gemotiveerd om dat binnen het jaar te behalen.

Je hebt ervaring in een technische omgeving.

Nauwkeurig werken zit in jouw natuur, en je weet hoe je structuur brengt in een gevarieerd takenpakket.

Met jouw vlotte kennis van MS Office en eventueel ervaring met SAP, ben je digitaal goed onderlegd.

Je communiceert helder, werkt klantgericht en zelfstandig, en weet tegelijk wanneer samenwerking het verschil maakt.

Je drukt je moeiteloos uit in het Nederlands, en als je ook Frans of Engels beheerst, is dat zeker een plus.

Tot slot ben je bereid om deel te nemen aan een wachtrol en woon je op minder dan 60 kilometer van ons interventiecentrum—ideaal om snel te kunnen schakelen wanneer dat nodig is.
