Wat ga je doen?

Als Technisch Bediende combineer je administratie met technische opvolging. Je vormt een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, leveranciers en technische collega's en zorgt ervoor dat dossiers van aanvraag tot uitvoering correct worden opgevolgd.

• Je staat in voor de administratieve en technische opvolging van dossiers.

  • ull; Je verwerkt aanvragen en maakt offertes, bestellingen en werkbonnen op.
  • ull; Je volgt bestellingen, leveringen en lopende werkzaamheden nauwgezet op.
  • ull; Je beantwoordt technische en administratieve vragen van klanten.
  • ull; Je onderhoudt contact met leveranciers en onderaannemers.
  • ull; Je verwerkt technische gegevens, documenten en informatie in het systeem.
  • ull; Je ondersteunt bij de planning van techniekers, interventies of werkzaamheden.
  • ull; Je controleert binnenkomende documenten en houdt dossiers correct up-to-date.
  • ull; Je ondersteunt technische collega's, projectleiders of de commerciële binnendienst.
  • ull; Je denkt actief mee over praktische oplossingen en efficiënte werkprocessen.

We zoeken iemand die administratieve nauwkeurigheid combineert met technisch inzicht. Je hoeft niet noodzakelijk zelf technieker te zijn, maar technische informatie schrikt jou absoluut niet af.

• Je hebt ervaring in een administratieve, technische of ondersteunende functie of beschikt over een relevante opleiding.

  • ull; Een technische achtergrond binnen bijvoorbeeld bouw, elektriciteit, HVAC, elektromechanica of industrie is een mooie troef.
  • ull; Je hebt interesse in technische producten, installaties of projecten.
  • ull; Je bent sterk in administratie en werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd.
  • ull; Je kunt goed overweg met MS Office, waaronder Outlook, Word en Excel.
  • ull; Je maakt nieuwe ERP- of technische programma's snel eigen.
  • ull; Je bent communicatief en klantgericht en durft initiatief te nemen.
  • ull; Je kunt verschillende dossiers tegelijk beheren en weet de juiste prioriteiten te stellen.
