Jouw rol binnen ons team

Als Logistiek Bediende ben jij een onmisbare schakel in ons logistieke proces. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt, zowel administratief als operationeel. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan onze SCM Coördinator en werkt nauw samen met andere collega’s in een dynamische omgeving.

Wat ga je doen?

Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit een mix van operationele en administratieve verantwoordelijkheden, waaronder:

  • Beheer van de goederenstroom:Je zorgt voor een juiste bevoorrading van onze depots en houdt de voorraden bij.
  • Administratieve verwerking: Je maakt orders aan in SAP, stelt ritten samen, verwerkt reclamatiecilinders en zorgt voor een correcte afvalstroom.
  • Telefonische ondersteuning: Je onderhoudt contact met depots, transporteurs en klanten, en biedt ondersteuning bij vragen of problemen.
  • Statusbeheer van cilinders: Je bewaakt en corrigeert de cilinderstatus en zorgt voor een foutloos stockbeheer.

Wat breng jij mee?

Wij zoeken een enthousiaste collega met:

Opleiding & kennis:

  • Idealiter een Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Ervaring met geautomatiseerde systemen (SAP-kennis is een plus!).
  • Taalvaardigheid in zowel Nederlands als Frans.

Vaardigheden:

  • Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en een zelfstandige werkhouding.
  • Stressbestendigheid en het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Nauwkeurigheid en een scherp oog voor details.
  • Affiniteit met veiligheid en werken met gevaarlijke stoffen.
  • Klantgerichtheid en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
