Als Technisch Bediende ondersteun je uiteenlopende projecten met technische documentatie, materiaalopvolging, prijsaanvragen en praktische administratie. De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als Technisch Bediende:

  • Voorbereiden, beheren en opvolgen van technische documentatie voor verschillende projecten.
  • Administratief ondersteunen van projecten vanaf de opstart tot en met de oplevering.
  • Opvolgen van materialen die op kantoor worden geleverd.
  • Organiseren van de verdeling van materialen naar de verschillende werven.
  • Mee instaan voor een overzichtelijk en georganiseerd magazijn.
  • Beheren en administratief opvolgen van het wagenpark.
  • Opvolgen van track & trace en het correcte gebruik van badges op de werven.
  • Behandelen en opvolgen van binnenkomende prijsaanvragen.
  • Opvragen en beheren van technische fiches.
  • Verzamelen en bezorgen van documenten voor indienststellingen en keuringen.
  • Opvolgen van keuringsverslagen en andere technische documenten.
  • Uitvoeren van kleine aanpassingen in AutoCAD in samenwerking met de technische tekenaars.
  • Meedenken over de dagelijkse werking en initiatief nemen waar verbeteringen mogelijk zijn.

Onze klant Onze klant is een technische onderneming in de ruime regio Zemst, gespecialiseerd in elektrische installaties en projectmatige dienstverlening. Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar kantoor en werven nauw samenwerken en waar technische kennis wordt gecombineerd met een praktische, hands-on aanpak. Wie jij bent als Technisch Bediende:

  • Beschikt over een goede technische kennis met een sterke affiniteit voor elektriciteit.
  • Kan bij voorkeur terugblikken op minstens 2 jaar relevante ervaring of bent bereid je verder op te leiden.
  • Administratief sterk en houdt van een gevarieerd takenpakket.
  • Werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en zelfstandig.
  • Neemt initiatief en kijkt verder dan het eigen takenpakket.
  • Kan vlot overweg met Outlook, Excel, Word en Adobe.
  • Kennis van aanbestedingsdossiers, CAFCA en AutoCAD vormt een pluspunt, maar is geen vereiste.
  • Spreekt en schrijft zeer goed Nederlands.
  • Beschikt over een goede kennis van het Engels.
  • Kan je goed uitdrukken in het Frans.
  • Leergierig en bereid om relevante interne opleidingen te volgen.
  • Bouwt graag duurzame samenwerkingen op en denkt op lange termijn.
