Voor Technisch Bediende bij een warme familieorganisatie in Geraardsbergen zoek je een rol waar techniek, structuur en contact met mensen netjes samenkomen.

In deze functie ben jij een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, leveranciers, productie en het team op de werkvloer. Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid, afwisseling en ruimte om je technisch inzicht verder uit te bouwen binnen een omgeving waar korte communicatielijnen en duidelijke afspraken de dag net wat leuker maken.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Bestellingen plaatsen bij leveranciers en/of de productieafdeling;
  • Projecten zelfstandig uittekenen en technisch voorbereiden;
  • Technische specificaties van ramen en deuren opvolgen en correct toepassen;
  • Optreden als aanspreekpunt voor toegewezen projecten in onder meer aluminium en hout;
  • Contact onderhouden met leveranciers en klanten op een professionele, oplossingsgerichte manier;
  • Meedenken over praktische oplossingen en het bewaken van de voortgang van dossiers;
  • Af en toe ondersteuning bieden in de toonzaal bij particuliere klanten, zonder dat dit je hoofdtaak wordt;
  • Samenwerken met collega's in een hecht team waar aanpak en kwaliteit hand in hand gaan.

Wie ben jij?

  • Bij voorkeur ervaring in de afwerkingssector of een eerste relevante technische ervaring;
  • Basiskennis van houttechnieken of een achtergrond in interieur is een mooie plus;
  • Vlotte communicatie en een sociaal, klantgericht karakter;
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer en schakelt gemakkelijk tussen verschillende taken;
  • Stressbestendigheid en de gave om prioriteiten juist in te schatten;
  • Goesting om te leren, initiatief te nemen en jezelf technisch verder te ontwikkelen;
  • Je werkt vlot met of hebt een basis in tekenprogramma's;
  • Basiskennis Frans is handig, maar geen must;
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar voelt je ook goed in een warme groepssfeer;
  • Je houdt ervan om structuur te brengen in dossiers en opvolging.

Een diploma is minder belangrijk dan een correcte houding, leergierigheid en een sterke interesse in het technische verhaal achter ramen en deuren.
