Onze klant uit de regio Oostende is internationaal actief in de ontwikkeling, productie, verkoop en installatie van technische componenten voor industriële toepassingen. Kwaliteit en klantgerichtheid vormen de kern van hun werking. Zij richten zich uitsluitend op zakelijke klanten.

Jobomschrijving

Voor onze partner in Oostende zijn we op zoek naar een Technisch commercieel medewerker. Benieuwd of deze afwisselende functie iets voor jou is? Dit zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Opvragen van prijsaanvragen bij leveranciers
  • Invoeren en verwerken van binnenkomende orders in het systeem
  • Plaatsen en opvolgen van bestellingen
  • Communiceren van levertermijnen naar de klant
  • Opmaken en opvolgen van offertes
  • Onderhouden van contacten met klanten én interne collega’s (productie)
  • Uitvoeren van diverse administratieve taken

Jouw rol in Kwaliteitsmanagement (ISO):

  • Opstellen en beheren van het kwaliteitshandboek volgens de geldende internationale ISO-normen (zoals ISO 9001)
  • Analyseren van procesafwijkingen en klachten om de oorzaken te achterhalen en op te lossen
  • Uitvoeren van interne audits en controleren of iedereen volgens de gestelde procedures werkt
  • Interpreteren van data om processen en productkwaliteit continu te verbeteren

Jouw bijdrage aan VCA:

  • Opstellen van RI&E’s (Risico-Inventarisaties & Evaluaties), werkplannen en veiligheidsinstructies
  • Beheren van VCA-certificeringen en zorgen dat medewerkers de juiste (en actuele) certificaten en trainingen bezitten
  • Registreren van bijna-ongevallen en uitvoeren van VCA-werkplekinspecties om direct op te treden bij onveilige situaties
  • Organiseren van toolboxmeetings (korte veiligheidsoverleggen) om het veiligheidsbewustzijn binnen het team te vergroten

Kortom: een veelzijdige functie met veel verantwoordelijkheid, waarin je zowel op commercieel als op organisatorisch vlak het verschil maakt!

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor de functie Technisch commercieel bediende:

  • Commerciële feeling en klantgerichtheid
  • Administratief nauwkeurig werken
  • Technische kennis ( elektriciteit of elektromechanica)
  • Je bent in het bezit van een van volgende diploma's: Bachelor in de Elektromechanica, Bachelor in de Industriële Wetenschappen, Master in de Ingenieurswetenschappen, Master in de Industriële Wetenschappen, of relevante werkervaring
  • Inzicht in/affiniteit met kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen (ISO, VCA)
  • Goede organisatie en prioriteiten stellen
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden (klanten & collega’s)
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands, Engels en Frans zijn een plus
  • Vlot met MS Office en administratieve software
  • Teamspeler én zelfstandig kunnen werken
  • Flexibel, stressbestendig en proactief
