Manpower Technics & Construct is gespecialiseerd in technische vacatures en leidinggevende vacatures binnen de industrie, technische dienstverlening en bouwsector. Wij kijken samen met ambitieuze starters en ervaren professionals uit naar een nieuwe stap of wending in hun carrière. Het is ons doel om op een persoonlijke manier zoveel mogelijk opties aan te bieden op maat van de sollicitant. Je start via ons steeds met een contract onbepaalde duur vanaf dag één.

Voor een sterk bedrijf in het Gentse, kijk ik uit naar een technisch bediende centrale verwarming en sanitair (HVAC) om mee te werken aan mooie grote projecten.

Jobomschrijving

Na een grondige interne opleiding om de werking te leren kennen, zal je binnen de engineering afdeling volledig zelfstandig de voorbereiding van nieuwe projecten kunnen opnemen.

Wanneer de klant het project heeft toegekend sta je in voor de volledige voorbereiding van het technisch dossier zodat de uitvoer van het project op een vlotte manier kan verlopen.

Je functie omvat:

  • Het nalezen van bestekken en plannen.
  • Het technisch uitwerken (berekeningen, beslissingen i.v.m. uitvoeringsmodaliteiten, …) van het dossier.
  • Het optimaliseren van de installaties en dit in overleg met de concept engineer, de projectleider en eventueel het studiebureau.
  • Het adviseren en selecteren van de materialen, producten en systemen zoals leidingen, ketels, pompen, kanalen, regelcomponenten, ...
  • Het voorbereiden/opvolgen (kwantiteit en kwaliteit) van de nodige bestellingen en leveringen op de werven in samenspraak met de projectleider.
  • Het onderhandelen met leveranciers over aankoopprijzen.
  • Opmaken van de nodige documentatie zoals technische fiches, materiaallijsten, uitvoeringsdossiers,…
  • Verzorgen van de overdracht van het dossier aan de verantwoordelijke projectleider die de uitvoering verder opvolgt.
  • Bachelor niveau in een relevante technische richting.
  • Je hebt sterke interesse in HVAC-SAN technieken en bent geboeid door energieoptimalisatie.
  • Je kan een eerste relevante ervaring voorleggen op vlak van project engineering / design engineering / concept engineering binnen de HVAC en SAN-wereld.
  • Je houdt ervan om jouw kennis door te geven en mee jouw schouders te zetten onder een goede werking.
  • Je werkt planmatig en gestructureerd met oog voor detail.
  • Je bent sterk oplossingsgericht en flexibel in contact met interne collega’s en klanten.
  • Kennis van MS Office toepassingen (Word, Excel,…)
