Onze klant is een gespecialiseerde en groeiende onderneming in de ruime regio Kortrijk, met een team van ongeveer 100 medewerkers. Vanuit een sterke technische expertise realiseren ze HVAC-oplossingen op maat, gaande van kleinere installaties tot grotere en technisch uitdagende projecten binnen utiliteit en industrie.

De organisatie heeft doorheen de jaren een uitstekende reputatie opgebouwd dankzij haar combinatie van technische knowhow, kwaliteit en persoonlijke klantenbegeleiding. Elk project wordt afgestemd op de specifieke noden van de klant, waarbij er veel belang wordt gehecht aan een correcte voorbereiding en een kwalitatieve uitvoering.

Jouw rol Als Klantenbegeleider HVAC vorm je de schakel tussen de technische mogelijkheden en de wensen van de klant. Je luistert naar de behoeften, denkt mee over de beste oplossing en vertaalt technische informatie naar een duidelijk en begrijpelijk voorstel.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Klanten adviseren over HVAC-oplossingen die aansluiten bij hun specifieke behoeften en verwachtingen
  • Technische mogelijkheden vertalen naar duidelijke en begrijpelijke voorstellen
  • Meedenken over de meest geschikte oplossing voor iedere woning of elk project
  • Uitvoeringsplannen uitwerken en zorgen voor een grondige technische voorbereiding
  • Meerwerken detecteren, bespreken en opvolgen in overleg met de klant
  • De nodige administratie nauwkeurig beheren en dossiers up-to-date houden
  • Regelmatig afstemmen met de projectmanager om een vlotte uitvoering te garanderen
  • Technische informatie verzamelen en ervoor zorgen dat alle betrokken partijen over de juiste gegevens beschikken
  • Klanten gedurende het traject professioneel begeleiden en informeren
  • Je beschikt over een hoger technisch diploma en hebt relevante ervaring opgebouwd binnen een administratieve functie binnen HVAC
  • Je hebt interesse in HVAC en krijgt energie van het combineren van techniek en klantencontact
  • Een eerste professionele ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar ook gemotiveerde schoolverlaters met de juiste ingesteldheid komen in aanmerking
  • Je bent communicatief, nauwkeurig en denkt graag mee in functie van de klant
