Functie

Voor onze klant te Evergem zijn we opzoek naar een technisch bediende in de HVAC sector.

Je takenpakket als technisch bediende:

  • Als Technisch Bediende ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen de techniekers,
  • projectleiders en het magazijn.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot draait – van bestelling tot levering.
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van technische bestellingen (HVAC-materialen).
  • Bijhouden van dossiers, plannen en administratie.
  • Ondersteuning bieden in uitwerken van offertes.
  • Beheren en organiseren van het magazijn.
  • Ontvangen, controleren en stockeren van leveringen.
  • Voorbereiden van materiaal voor werven.
  • Stockbeheer en inventaris opvolgen.
  • Contact met leveranciers (prijzen, beschikbaarheid, levertermijnen).
  • Administratieve verwerking in ERP/CRM systeem.

Profiel

Wat is je profiel als technisch bediende:

  • Je hebt een technische achtergrond (HVAC, elektrotechniek of gelijkaardig).
  • Je bent administratief nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je bent hands-on en werkt graag zowel op bureau als in het magazijn.
  • Ervaring met stockbeheer of magazijn is een plus.
  • Je bent communicatief en werkt vlot samen met collega’s.
  • Je kan overweg met computerprogramma’s (ERP/Excel).
  • Kennis of ervaring met Daikin is een plus.
  • Ervaring binnen residentiele of retail omgeving op het gebied van HVAC is een plus.
  • Ervaring in zelfstandig installaties uit te voeren is een plus.
